Our Creative Corner Sketch Challenge

I've made so much progress in my art studio this weekend that it's scary!  I needed to make a birthday card for my niece so I figured, why not do another challenge?  I chose Our Creative Corner's sketch challenge.  Here's the sketch:

And here's my card:
I used designer paper from The Sweet Stack that I got at Joann's.  Even the cake image is part of one of the pages in that stack.  I love that is pink and brown!
