Cuttlebug with Chalks

Have you been wondering if I feel off the face of the Earth?  I think I might have for a while.  But I'm back and hopefully my creative mojo is too.  I've been looking for my muse for weeks now and I'm hoping that now that spring is around the corner, she is too.

I have made a few easy cards in the past few days and tonight I'm sharing one that I made with my cuttlebug and chalks.  Super easy to do but oh so elegant looking!
I cuttlebuged (is that word?) some ivory cardstock and then rubbed chalk onto the raised areas.  I added a slotted tag that I cut with the circut George & Basic Shapes cartridge and some ribbon.  A few layers and voila.... a birthday card for my mother in law.
Thanks for stopping by.  I am hoping to post a little more regularly and hope you'll keep stopping by.

I noticed that my hit counter is nearing 10,000- which I think is amazing!  I never thought 10 people would wander through here, let alone 10,000!  It may be time for my first ever blog candy to say thanks.  Stay tuned!

This is a lovely technique, thanks! Your card is perfect! I'm going to see how it will work with my paisley folder. :-)
